What is Kideroo?
Kideroo is an online curated space offering handpicked innovations, award-winning and simply genius products for babies and kids up to 12 years. 

What is Kideroo's mission?
Our mission is to provide parents with practical and unique products that will make parenting easier and more enjoyable.

Who are the founders?
We are Dalia Saad Doughan and Lynne Berjawi Salem, two new moms living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, learning about motherhood one diaper at a time. While preparing for our little bundles of joy, we grew fond of baby inventions and smart creations that make parenting enjoyable and practical. We then decided to shed the light on all these brilliant creations and bring them together in one curated space so other fellow parents can enjoy them too.

How do you ensure quality?
We handpick our products ourselves and we review each item thoroughly before offering it on our website. We also use all our products with our own kids. 

Where are your products from?
Our products come from all over the world; Lisbon, Barcelona, UK, and USA to name a few.

SHIPPING    

How fast are orders processed?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order.

When will I get my order?
For Saudi Arabia: 2-5 working days
For UAE, Lebanon, and Qatar: 5-7 working days
 
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery or credit card, paid when placing the order.
 
What if I need to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, then we will be able to exchange your order. 
 
What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us and inform us as soon as you can.

Where is my order confirmation & shipping information?
Upon placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation by email which will include a summery of your order and your shipping information.

RETURNS POLICY

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the time of purchase. Please notify us immediately so we can send you the return form before you send the order back to us. Products must be in the same condition you received them, unwashed, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging. The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit


When can I expect my refund?
You will be refunded once we receive your order back at our warehouse and it is in the original box and/or packaging, in the same condition as you first received it.
