Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery for orders above 150 SAR in Jeddah and free shipping for orders above 399 SAR in the rest of KSA.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Egypt.

How fast are orders processed?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order.

When will I get my order?

For Jeddah: same-day for orders placed before 5pm

For Saudi Arabia: 2-5 working days

For the rest of the GCC, Lebanon, Jordan & Egypt: 5-7 working days

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery or credit card paid when placing the order.

What if I need to change my order after?

Please contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, then we will be able to refund your order.
